摘要
阐述了古今医家对慢性肾炎血尿病因病机的认识,本病虚实夹杂,以气血亏虚为本;外邪、湿热、瘀血为标,湿热和瘀血既是病理产物,又是致病因素;其治疗以辨证分型论治为主,结合临床运用单方及验方,取得较好的临床疗效。今后应以基础研究结合临床,利用现代科学技术从微观角度进一步研究。
This article expounded that ancient and modem doctors＇ recognition for etiological factors and pathogenesis in chronic nephritis. This disease is tangled asthenia with sthenia, humid heat and blood stasis as pathological product and pathogenic factors. The main therapeutic method was treatment based on syndrome differentiation and classification, together with clinical single prescription and empirical formula. Future studies should use modem scientific technology, from micro -level based on fundamental and clinical studies.
