摘要
目的观察中西药结合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病早期肾损害的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月～2013年12月河北省定州市人民医院收治的60例妊娠期高血压疾病早期肾损害患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均给予解痉、降压等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药口服治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清β2微蛋白（β2-MG）、尿β2-MG和尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）的变化,并比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率（90.0%）明显优于对照组（56.7%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组血清β2-MG、尿β2-MG和尿mAlb水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西药结合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病早期肾损害的效果优于单用西药,有利于缓解临床症状和逆转早期肾损害,保护肾功能。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early renal damage of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of patients with early renal damage of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted to the People＇s Hospital of Dingzhou City from June 2012 to December 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients of the two groups were given antispasmodic, antihypertensive and other conventional treatments, on basis of which, the observation group was added with oral traditional Chinese medicine. Changes of serum β2microglobulin（β2-MG）, urinary β2-MG and urinary albumin（mAlb） before and after treatment in the two groups were observed, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group（90.0%） was higher than 56.7% of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of serum β2-MG, urinary β2-MG and urine mAlb were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early renal damage of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is better than single western medicine, which is helpful to alleviate clinical symptoms, reverse the early renal damage and protect renal function.
