摘要
针对当前县域规划管理存在的问题,提出了基于云计算、GIS、CAD和工作流技术构建规划管理信息平台,从而建立以规划空间数据库为核心、以规划管理业务为主线的适合县域的规划信息化模式,有效提升规划管理工作的科学性和效率。文章详细介绍了平台的总体架构、软件功能、数据体系和基于云计算的产品运营模式,并介绍了平台的创新点和优势。
For the problems of currently county planning management , this article proposed building the planning management platform in use of cloud computing ,GIS,CAD and work flow technology .In order to improve planning man-agement scientifically and efficiently ,to establish the county planning management information mode with planning spatial database and business process of planning management as the core .The article described the overall architecture ,soft-ware functions ,data system and product operation mode based on cloud computing of the county planning management system in detail and analyzed the innovation and advantage of the platform .
