摘要
以广州市村庄规划管理信息平台的编制为例,以国际流行的WebGIS平台为基础按SOA架构进行二次开发,对村庄规划管理信息平台的建设目标、体系框架、技术路线、数据库设计以及数据更新与共享机制研发等进行了分析,探讨了该平台编制的关键技术,提供了一套完整有效的系统管理平台建设方案,为其他城市和地区的村庄规划信息化管理平台的建设提供了参考和启示。
Information platform of guangzhou village planning, for example, on the basis of the international popular WebGIS platform secondary development according to the SOA architecture, the village planning and management information platform for the construction of the target, system framework and technical route, database design, data updating and sharing mechanism such as research and development are analyzed, the key technology of the platform were studied, provides a complete set of effective system management platform construction scheme, for other cities and regions of viilage planning the construction of information management platform provides the reference and revelation.
