摘要
菌种保藏的方法有传代培养法、甘油法、干燥法、冷冻真空干燥法及液氮超低温法等,不同方法保藏菌种的种类、时间不同,要根据实际情况选择合适的方法。在实际工作中,对传代培养法进行改良,取得较好效果,同时,采取相应的措施对菌种保藏工作进行管理。
Culture preservation approaches were summarized such as subculture method,glycerol method,exsiccation method,lyophilization method and preservation in liquid nitrogen and so on. As to slant culture of subculture and glycerol method,excellent preservation effect will be obtained through a certain improvement measures. According to the specific circumstance,suitable preservation methods should be chosen because of different preservation duration among each other. Some relevant measures for managing the culture preservation were also processed.
