摘要 我国的结核病发病率较高。肺外结核因存在标本难获得、标本量少、标本含菌量少以及结核菌分布不均等自身特点,使传统诊断方法难以达到理想的诊断目标。免疫及分子生物学技术是近年来用于肺外结核诊断较为新颖的方法,以其简便、快捷,且敏感性、特异性较高等优点,在肺外结核的诊断中具有重要参考价值。本文就二者在肺外结核中的诊断进展作一综述,以供进一步探讨和研究。 Tuberculosis has a relatively high incidence rate in our country.It's difficult for traditional tests to diagnose extrapulmonary tuberculosis owing to its features such as paucibacillary nature of specimens,lack of adequate clinical sample volumes and nonuniform distribution of bacteria in those as well as the disease localized in sites that are difficult to access.In recent years,as novel tests,the immunological and molecular biological techniques are convenience and time-saving,and are of important reference in the diagnosis of extrapulmonary l tuberculosis with relatively high sensitivity and specificity.The present review mainly focuses on the progress of immunological and molecular biological techniques in the diagnosis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis for deeper research.
