摘要
目的探讨3种真空采血管中的血液标本放置不同时间对血糖检测结果的影响。方法收集佛山市中医院2013年n～12月门诊患者中同时要抽肝素抗凝血、氟化钠／EDTA-K2抗凝血、分离胶促凝血的静脉血液标本，立即离心（3000r／min，5min），分别在室温（22℃）下放置0、1、2、4、6h，4℃冰箱放置24、48、72h后检测血糖浓度，观察血糖浓度在3种不同真空采血管中及在放置不同时间内的稳定性。结果氟化钠／EDTA—K2抗凝血浆的0h血糖值最低，分离胶促凝剂促凝血清血糖值浓度最高，三者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。肝素钠抗凝真空采血管、氟化钠／EDTA—K2抗凝真空采血管、分离胶促凝剂真空采血管中的血液标本的血糖分别可稳定4、24、48h（P〉0．05），而分别在各自稳定时间之后，血糖浓度各管均有所下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论鉴于实验统计得出该三种不同的真空采血管对血糖的稳定时间的不同，同时结合三种管的使用特点，建议肝素钠抗凝血用于需要紧急检测的血糖或含血糖组合项目的生化标本检测，同时抽取肝素钠和氟化钠／EDTA—K2两管抗凝血液用于住院部患者上述项目的生化标本检测，而分离胶促凝血标本用于门诊患者上述项目的生化标本检测。
Objective To investigate the effect of three kinds of vacuum test tube Meter different storage time on blood glucose test results. Methods Collected heparin anticoagulant sodium fluoride/EDTA - K2 anticoagulant blood,separating gel coagulation of blood vein blood samples in the traditional chinese medicine hospital of Foshan, centrifuged immediately（3000r, 5min）, then stored respectively at room temperature（22 ℃） for 0,1,2,4,6h, at 4℃ refrigerator placed 24,48,72h, detected the stability of blood glucose concentrations at different time in 3 different vacuum test tube. Results The blood glucose level of sodium fluoride/EDTA-K2 anticoagulant plasma was the lowest, that of the serum separation gel coagulant concentration was highest, there was significant difference between the three groups（P〈0.05）. Heparin anticoagulant sodium fluoride/EDTA-Kz anticoagulant blood,separating gel coagulation of blood vein blood could be stable respectively 4 h,24h,48 h（P〉0.05） ,then the blood glucose concentration of each tube were decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the different stability time of blood glucose, and using characteristics about the three different vacuum test tube, we suggest that heparin sodium anti coagulation could be used to emergency detection and biological samples containing glucose combination project,pump heparin sodium and sodium fluoride/EDTA-K2 anticoagulated blood for inpatient department of biochemical samples at the same time, separation gel coagulation specimens for detecting those biochemical specimens of patients in out-patient department.
