摘要
目的:临床分析精细化护理管理在泌尿外科患者护理中的应用效果。方法:随机选取120例泌尿外科患者,分两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施精细化护理管理,对比分析其临床护理效果。结果:经过护理,观察组患者的临床护理并发症发生率为11.68%,对照组患者则为51.67%,差异明显,两者之间相互比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿外科患者实施精细化护理管理,有助于降低临床并发症的发生率,值得推广。
Objective：To clinically analyze application effects of fine nursing management in nursing of patients in department of urology. Methods：120 cases in the department of urology were randomly selected and divided into two groups： control group was given routine nursing care, while observation group was given the fine nursing management. The effects of clinical nursing care were compared and analyzed. Results： After the nursing care, the incidence rates of complications in observation group and control group were 11. 68% and 51. 67% , respectively; and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The implementation of fine nursing management in the department of urology can reduce the incidence rare of the complication and is worthy of promotion.
