摘要
当全球进入后经济危机时代,品牌服装企业必须加快市场反应速度、缩短产品开发时间,以保证其竞争力,而选择合适的供应商可以有效整合双方的资源和竞争优势.通过专家访谈和企业问卷调研,运用层次分析法构建符合时代背景以及具有服装产业特征的供应商选择评价体系,该评价体系涵盖了能够反映后经济危机时代下我国服装供应商特征的指标,更全面、客观地对供应商进行评价,有利于企业甄选战略合作伙伴.在此基础上,对比分析E品牌企业现有供应商的评价体系,同时,运用构建的评价体系对该公司供应商进行评估,并提出优化建议.
In the era after the financial crisis, the apparel brand enterprise should speed up the market reaction and shorten the product development time in order to enhance their competitiveness. Choosing appropriate suppliers can combine their resources and competitive advantage. Through expert interview and questionnaire survey, a system of apparel's supplier selection and evaluation is made by analytic hierarchy process. The system can reflect the characteristics of apparel's supplier in China under the post-financial-crisis era, and evaluate suppliers more comprehensively and objectively. It is advantageous to the enterprise partners selection strategy. Then the system is compared with the standard of supplier selection and evaluation in Enterprise E. Some proper suggestions are presented to Enterprise E and its suppliers.
