开展信息无障碍服务是公共图书馆的神圣使命之一。从企业战略管理视角出发,运用竞争情报SWOT分析模型,探讨了公共图书馆开展信息无障碍服务的内部优势、劣势及外部机会、威胁,并据此提出一些制定公共图书馆信息无障碍服务中长期策略的建议。
It is one of a public library＇ s divine missions to provide information accessibility service to its readers. From enterprise＇ s strategic management perspective, and based on the SWOT analysis model, this paper probes into the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of public library in carrying out the information accessibility service, and based on this, puts forward some suggestions on formulating the medium and long term strategies for the public library＇s information accessibility service.
