摘要
尼日利亚作家阿契贝被喻为"现代非洲小说之父"。其代表作《瓦解》展示了一个文化冲突下英雄如何走向末路的故事。在文化和道德的巨大变化中,人的生存状态始终是文学的永恒主题。文章试图利用荣格的人格面具、阴影、阿尼玛等心理原型理论,探寻主人公奥贡喀沃的人格发展之旅。由于其人格面具的过分膨胀,阿尼玛情节的不良发育,以及走不出的阴影等因素,导致了他个性化之路的失败和悲剧结局。同时,奥贡喀沃史诗般的抗争和命运,也是个人努力无法战胜历史潮流的必然结果。
Nigeria writer Achebe is considered as＂The father of modern African fiction＂.Things Fall Apart,his representative work, tells us a story that how a hero＇s life comes to the end under the culture clash. Human＇s living condition is the permanent theme in the great change of culture and morals all along. The author tried to explore the journey of the hero Okonkwo＇s development of personality by using Jung＇s Persona, shadow, Anima and other prototype theory to psychology. Due to these effects, as overexpansion of his persona, dysplasia of anima complex, unsuccessful overcome of his shadow,which bring it to the failures of the road of individualization and the tragic end. At the same time, his epic struggle and fate are the dooming result that individual efforts can＇t defeat the historic trend.
