摘要
产业集群价值网是集群企业价值创造的新模式,公共科技服务平台应为产业集群价值网的运作提供科技支撑,以促进产业集群价值网和公共科技服务平台的协同发展。基于产业集群价值网的内涵和特征,探讨公共科技服务平台在产业集群价值网运作中应发挥的支撑作用;分析公共科技服务平台支撑的产业集群价值网运作逻辑及运作机制;在此基础上,提出公共科技服务平台支撑的产业集群价值网运作的保障措施,旨在为产业集群价值网的实践运作提供操作思路。
Industry cluster value-network is a new model of value creation to cluster enterprise .Public sci -tech service platform shall provide technology support for the operation of industry cluster value -network, to promote the collaborative development of industry cluster value -network and the public sci-tech service platform.The paper explains connotation and characteristics of industry cluster value -network,and discuss the public sci-tech service platform should play the role of support in the operation of industry cluster value -network;analysis operation logic and op-eration mechanism of public sci-tech service platform to support the industry cluster value -network;on the basis, propose safeguard measures of public sci-tech service platform to support the operation of industry cluster value network should be put forward , to provide the operation ideas for the practical operation of industry cluster value -network.
