摘要
加快科技成果转化已成为我国实施创新驱动发展战略的重要任务,然而科技成果转化的深层次结构逻辑及有关政策有待进一步探究。将科技成果转化视为双边市场结构,明确了科技成果转化的双边市场特征和平台性质,从平台所有权视角将成果转化平台分为4种类型,分别从平台优化管理和政府政策制定两个维度,提出有关策略和政策建议。
To speed up the transformation of S＆T achievement has become an important task of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in China, however, the deep logic structure and the relevant policy of S＆T achievement transformation remains to be further explored. By regarding the transformation of S＆T achievement as a two-sided market structure, this paper makes clear the two-sided market characteristics of the transformation of S＆T achievement and the nature of platforms. From the perspective of platform ownership, the achievement transformation platforms are divided into four types. Then, it puts forward relevant tactics and policy recommenda- tions from two dimensions including platform optimal management and government policy making
