摘要
杭州奥体博览中心主体育场主体结构为空间管桁架加弦支单层网壳钢结构体系,整个项目结构复杂,安装难度大。在主体结构开合部位处施工时,采用东南网架的专利产品组合式格构支架(该支架承重架运输和拆装方便、承载力大[1]),本文利用有限元软件对本项目中采用支撑架进行了数值分析和设计,通过模拟分析和实际数据的对比,发现这种有限元设计方法在支撑架的设计和施工中具有很高的实用价值。
Single-layer reticulated shell steel structure system was adopted by main structure of Hangzhou Olympic Expo Center main stadium project,the whole project has complicated structure and difficult installation.Combined frame bracing,apatent of Southeast Space Frame Co.Ltd which is convenient in transportation and disassembling,also have a large load capacity,was used during construction of open and close site of main structure.Numerical analysis and design was conducted on support frame of this project,using the FEM.A comparison was conducted between numerical analysis and actual data,the FEM has very high practical value in the design and construction of supporting frame was confirmed.
