摘要
针对传统轨道装车速度慢,货物堆积阻塞,车皮流通量降低,难以满足生产发展的需求,提出了用优化设计技术建立相应的数学模型,对原有的火车快速装车系统液压缸支撑架钢结构进行力学性能计算仿真,利用ANSYS有限元仿真分析,比较能准确的分析模型,易掌握特性,便于优化设计方案。从而达到合理地分布载荷,确保液压缸支撑架结构稳定,准确分析其特性,为改进快速装车系统提供了依据。
Aiming at the problems with traditional rail of slow loading speed, goods accumulation and reduction of wagon flow, which are hard to meet the demand of production development, the paper puts forward the idea of setting up the corresponding mathe- matical model with optimization design technology, and making the mechanics performance simulation calculation for the hydraulic cyl- inder supporting frame steel structure in the original train fast-loading system. The ANSYS finite element is used for simulation and an- alyzing which can more exactly analyze the model, easy to master the characteristic and advantageous for the design scheme optimizing so as to achieve the distributed load reasonably, guarantee the stability of hydraulic cylinder supporting frame structure, accurately ana- lyzes its characteristics, and provides basis for improving the fast loading system.
