摘要
为研究金属桥箔的桥区尺寸和厚度对其爆发性能的影响,通过实验测试了不同尺寸金属桥箔的爆发电流和爆发电压曲线.实验结果表明,随着金属桥箔桥区尺寸和厚度减小,金属桥箔的爆发电流减小,爆发时间提前.利用FIRESET动态电阻模型计算了不同桥区尺寸和厚度的金属桥箔的爆发电流和爆发电压曲线,计算结果与实验数据基本吻合,验证了模型的准确性和测试结果的有效性.对实验和计算结果分析可知,减小桥箔尺寸和厚度有利于减小其爆发电流,桥箔尺寸和厚度变化与爆发点变化基本呈线性关系.
The effects of thickness and size of exploding foils on burst point performance were investigated through electronic measurement methods.Results show that the current and time at burst point will reduce as thickness and size of exploding foil decreases.The FIRESET model was used to calculate current and time of burst point for metal bridge foil at varied bridge size and thickness.The results show that the calculated data are consistent with those experimental ones,which validate the accuracy of the FIRESET model and also the experiment validity.According to the result analysis,the current and time at burst point will linearly reduce as thickness and size of exploding foil decrease.
