摘要
江西某保健品制药废水成分复杂,水质变化大,可生化性较好。废水量为80~120m^3/d,COD为400~500 mg/L,BOD5为120~180 mg/L,SS为100~120 mg/L,氨氮为30~50 mg/L。采用水解酸化/生物接触氧化/曝气生物滤池处理工艺,处理出水水质符合《混装制剂类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21908—2008)。
The wastewater from a health care and pharmaceutical plant in Jiangxi Province has complicated components,large quality variation and better biodegradability. Wastewater quantity is 80 to120 m^3/d. COD,BOD5,SS and ammonia nitrogen in the influent are 400 to 500 mg/L,120 to 180 mg/L,100 to 120 mg /L and 30 to 50 mg /L respectively. Hydrolysis acidification /contact oxidation /biological aerated filter process was used to treat this wastewater. The treated effluent quality met the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry ― Mixing /Compounding and Formulation Category(GB 21908- 2008).
