摘要
医患纠纷发生后如何公正与快捷的处理,关系到社会的和谐和稳定,关系到医疗卫生事业的长远发展和医疗机构能否顺畅的运转,关系到医患双方的合法权益能否切实达到维护。阐述当前医患纠纷及患方暴力维权的原因,重点是探讨如何构建最佳联动机制来处理复杂的医患纠纷。
How to handle rightly and quickly after the occurrence of medical disputes is related to social harmony and stability,the long-term development of medical and health undertakings,the running of medical institutions and the achievement of the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.This document will expound the reasons of the current doctor-patient disputes and patients＇ violent activities,and the key point is how to build the best solution linkage mechanisms to deal with the complex medical disputes.
