项目教学是高职院校广泛采用的一种教学方法。以高职院校酒店管理专业食品营养与卫生学课程为例,探讨项目教学法在该课程中的应用。
Project-based teaching is a method that has been widely used in higher vocational colleges. The paper is mainly about the application of project-based teaching for students majoring food nutrition and hygiene.
