摘要
目的通过对攀枝花市某企业健康体检人群乙型肝炎病毒感染的调查,为开展乙型肝炎防治工作提供依据。方法采用ELISA法对攀枝花市某企业健康体检人群进行乙型肝炎病毒感染的血清学检测。结果 11208名健康体检人员乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性率为5.17%,低于2006年全国人群7.18%的平均水平,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其中男性HBsAg阳性5.23%,女性5.11%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;以40～60岁年龄段HBsAg阳性率最高,HBsAg阳性合并抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性是感染的主要模式,占68.10%;彝族HBsAg阳性率为8.35%,汉族HBsAg阳性率为4.73%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论攀枝花市某企业社会人群乙型肝炎病毒感染水平较全国平均水平低,乙肝防治工作有一定成效,但仍需要加强疫苗接种和乙肝患者的治疗工作,将乙肝疫苗的使用普及到乡、村卫生院。
Objective To provide the scientific basis for Hepatitis B（HBV） prevention and control through an investigation of HBV infection in staffs receiving health examination in an enterprise at Panzhihua.Methods The serology of HBsAg infection in the staffs was performed with an ELISA.Results The hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg） positive rate of 11,208 subjects was 5.17%that was below the national average（7.18%） in 2006（P 〈0.05）.Of these positive subjects,males and females were 5.23% and 5.11%,respectively.The difference was not significant.The positive rate in the people aged 40 to 60 years old was the highest.Moreover,HBsAg with anti-HBe positive and anti-HBc positive were the main pattern of the infection,which accounted for 68.10%.Among them,the positive rate of HBsAg of the Yi nationality was 8.35%,and HBsAg of the Han nationality was 4.73%.The difference was significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion This investigation reveals that the rate of the HBV infection of this business staffs in Panzhihua is below the national average.The lower rate of the HBV infection in Han nationality compared with the Yi nationality suggests that the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B has a certain effect.However,we still need to strengthen the patient vaccination and treatment,especially strengthen the propaganda and free the vaccination of hepatitis B in the Yi nationality in the township as well as village health hospitals.
