摘要
目的 :探讨乳腺癌根治术后的患者对健康教育内容的需求与护士认知的差异。方法 :采取调查问卷方式。结果 :(1)患者对饮食营养 ,服药方法 ,患肢功能锻炼等自我保护知识的需求与护士的认知差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;(2 )患者对切口的自我保护技术 ,心理卫生 ,化疗方面知识的需求与护士的认知差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :对乳腺癌患者进行健康教育应 (1)不断完善教育的方式和内容 ;(2 )健康教育的资料要生动全面 ;(3)让健康教育成为和谐的教与学。
Objective:To explore the difference between patients requirement of health education after mastectomy and the cognition of nurses Method:To investigate patients by questionaire Result:(1)There was no significant difference between the nurses cognition and the patients requirement of nutrition,taking medicine and function practice(P>0 05);(2)There was a significant difference between the nurses cognition and the patients knowledge requirement of mental health,chemical therapy and self-nursing about the wound(P<0 05) Conclusion:(1) Improve the method and content of health education continuously;(2)Make the material of health education comprehensive and vivid;(3)Make the patients cooperate harmoniously during health education
