摘要 本文介绍了适用于大型电力系统中期优化调度、负荷和水、火电厂为阶梯式数学模型时的原理和算法。针对多梯级、多河流且有分支的水电系统提出了检验数精度控制的非线性网流法。经实际电网用于制定月调度计划的结果证明,所提的模型和算法是实用和有效的。 For the purpose of the medium-term optimal scheduling, a two step model for load, thermal and hydro-plants are described. A nonlinear network flow algorithm with error control of the check-number based on the primal network flow method is presented. It is suitable for the condition of multi cascaded hydroplants and the rivers with branches. The approprlate computer program for monthly planning of the Northeast Electric Power System in China has been developed. The operational results show that the algorithm and model proposed are practical and efficient.
