摘要
发电权交易引起系统节点注入功率的变化,从而产生增量网损,如何计算增量网损是发电权交易的重要问题之一。针对这一问题,在明确中长期发电权交易增量网损计算准则的基础上,提出了基于最小二乘B系数的增量网损电量的计算方法。通过不同负荷模式下实际增量网损与运用最小二乘B系数计算增量网损结果的比较,给出了相应的增量网损修正系数。该方法适合于中长期发电权交易的增量网损电量计算。并以IEEE30节点系统为例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
Generation right trades induce system nodal injection power changing, which produces the incremen- tal network loss. How to calculate the incremental network loss is one of the important issues in generation right trades. According to this problem, in this paper on the basis of incremental network loss calculation criteria in the medium and long-term generation right trades, a calculation method of increment loss power which based on least square B coefficient algorithm is presented. The calculation results of increment network loss by least- square B coefficient increment and the actual network loss increment in different load mode are compared, giv- en the correction coefficient of incremental network loss. This method is suitable for calculation of increment network loss power in medium and long-term generation right trades. And the IEEE30 node system case is used to show that the method is reasonable and feasible.
