综述了毛细管电泳与电喷雾质谱联用的接口技术、分离模式及其在蛋白质分析领域中的应用 。
The combination of the high separation efficiency of capillary electrophoresis(CE) and the structure determination ability of mass spectrometry(MS) is playing more and more important role in the analysis of proteins. The characteristics of different type interfaces for capillary electrophoresis combined with mass spectrometry are introduced, and the research progresses of capillary isoelectric focusing(CIEF)-MS technique in proteomics are also reviewed.
