摘要
多种运输方式交叉部位即综合交通枢纽的组织管理问题 ,是我国交通运输市场化和可持续发展的关键问题之一。现行的联合运输与各种运输方式条块分割式双重管理体制并存反映了我国交通枢纽的典型的松散结构模式。如何打破这种运输管理结构模式 ?由于多种运输方式技术经济特征的耦合和互补性变化 ,借助于系统的综合集成的系统方法论 ,建立起协同和虚拟企业化的多种运输组织形式 ,在联合运输、开放的市场与条块分割的运输组织管理之间建立起一个桥梁。从结构演化研究中 ,得出劳动力增长。
This paper studies the organization management of multi transport modes crossing part, name as comprehensive transport hub in china, a key problem of Chinese transport marketing and sustaining development, with self organization theory in system science. The dual economic structure that united transport and each transport unaided traditional upright level organization exist simultaneously is the typical structure of synthesis transport hub in china. How do we break the dual transport management structure? With the system engineering methodology, such as meta synthesis and systematically, the harmonious and virtual multi transport model organization can set up a bridge between united transport, opening market and each transport unaided traditional upright level organization, providing the self organization optimum model. From the study of structure evolution, we obtained the important relation among labors growth rate,the growth rate of technological progress,and the feature of different transport organization structure in step.
