摘要
用正交试验法考察了滑动轴承 (又称轴瓦 )减摩层电镀液中有关成份的含量及工艺参数对镀层性能的影响 ,使该电镀工艺得到了进一步优化 ,显著提高了镀层质量 。
Effect of the content for some compoents and the process parameter in the sliding bearings antifriction layer bath on the antifriction layer performance had been examined with the orthogonal trial method,so as to the electroplating technology of the antifrication layer has been improved dramatically and the especial requirements for the quality of the sliding bearings of the new style machine of the plants produced main machine have been met.
