摘要
目的 探讨 Minizzi综合征诊断及手术方法。方法 术中先切开胆总管行胆道造影 ,进一步了解病变性质及范围 ,然后放置 Bakes扩张器至右肝管作为标志 ,再根据不同类型 Minizzi综合征进行不同的处理和治疗。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical procedures of Minizzi's syndrome Methods\ In the operation,cutting common bkle duct to cholangiograph to know the nature and range of pathological changes further in the first Then put a Bake's dilator to right hepatic duct as a mark And finally,according to different Minizzi's syndrome,we can do relevant treat and therapy Conclusions\ Cholangiograp hing and putting bougie firstly in operation might be practically helpful to prevent injuring hepatic or bkle duct
