摘要
对当前人才市场中高职学生就业需求增加的原因进行了详细的阐述和分析,提出目前高职学生就业趋势与企业分工越来越细,岗位需求越来越清晰,企业引进人才的积极性和主动性提高,企业用人成本降低的关系。
The reason of employment requirement increasing for higher vocational students has been analyzed in detail. The employment tendency is put forward, and division of work is becoming more and more delicate. Post demand is becoming clearer. Enterprise recruits employees with initiative, and the cost of employees is becoming lower.
