摘要
动眼神经麻痹是临床常见症状,属于中医风牵偏视、睑废范畴。临床症状表现为上眼睑下垂,睑裂变窄,眼球运动障碍,眼球位置向外下方斜视、复视,瞳孔放大,对光反应消失等。目前除了西医手术治疗改善美容效果外,缺乏有效的治疗方式。而运用中医针灸治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效确切,但多以局部取穴为主,近几年笔者运用头皮针配合足部反射区点穴此方法,治疗多种原因引起的单侧动眼神经麻痹2例,此方法注重中医的整体观念,安全有效,报告如下。
Oculomotor palsy is a common clinical symptom, belonging to the category of wind stretch and blepharoplasty. The clinical symptoms were upper eyelid prolapse, eyelid fission narrow, ocular movement disorder, the position of the eyeball strabismus, diplopia, pupil dilation, light reaction disappeared, etc. At present, in addition to Western surgery to improve the beauty effect, there is a lack of effective treatment. The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis is definite, but the local points are mainly taken. In recent years, the author used the method of scalp acupuncture combined with the point of foot reflex area to treat 2 cases of unilateral oculomotor nerve paralysis caused by various reasons. This method focuses on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, safe and effective, as reported below.
