摘要
从教育机会均等、终身教育的思想出发 ,从教育经济学的角度考虑 ,有必要大力发展我国贫困地区的儿童教育。通过加大对贫困地区儿童教育的经费投入、调整教育经费的分配以及发展社区儿童教育、学前一年教育等措施和策略 。
In view of equal opportunity of education and the idea of life education,it is imperative to devote major efforts to developing childrens education in the poor regions of our country.By means of investing more funds in childrens education in our poor areas,adjusting the distribution of education funds and taking measures and strategies of developing community education and running one years preschool education,etc.,there will be expected a positive and quick development of childrens education in our poor areas.
