针对日常工作发现的问题,结合公约规则,阐明了由于部分船舶存在的两种不同的吨位,从而使得人们在商船营运费用及设备配置方面容易出现一些误解。只有完全理解了公约的要求,才能避免这种现象的发生。
In accordance with the difficulties during the inspections and by means of the regulations of the Convention,this article tries to tell how to overcome possible difficulties which arise with two measurements of the tonnage-national tonnage and international tonnage. It is important that one should know well about the Convention to avoid this problem. [
