摘要
本文研究了在混合表面活性剂聚乙烯醇 (PVA)和聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚 (OP)存在下 ,铅(Ⅱ )与碘化钾、罗丹明B形成水溶性离子缔合物的条件 ,该缔合物λmax=5 60nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε560 =2 .7× 10 5L/mol·cm ,铅量在 0~ 6μg/ 2 5mL范围内服从比耳定律。经苯萃取分离 ,排除干扰后 ,用于大米、白酒等食品中微量铅的测定 ,结果满意。
Based on the formation of an ion associate complex of pb(Ⅱ) with potassium iodide and Rhodamine B in the presence of PVA OP,a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of pb(Ⅱ) has been studied.The complex has maximum absorption at 560nm and the molar absorptivity is 2.7×10 5L/mol·cm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~16μg/25mL.This method has been applied to the determination of lead in food with satisfactory results.
