摘要
阐述发电机端部手包绝缘试验方法,解决了交、直流耐压无法考验发电机端部手包绝缘缺陷的难题。通过现场测量,实例及分析,说明表面电位法和泄漏电流法能有效发现发电机手包绝缘存在的隐形缺陷,还能发现手包绝缘内的水电接头有无渗漏水等。从而加以消除,保证发电机的安全运行。
Elaborated the test method of the generator end manual insulation,solved the problem which the AC,DC withstand voltage can't test the detects of generator end manual insulation,by the site survey,instance and analysis,illustrated the surface potential method and leakage current method that could effectively discover the hidden defects of generator manual insulation,also found the hydropower joint with and without seepage water in the manual insulation and so on.Thus eliminated them,ensuring the safe operation of the generator.
