摘要
通过一起水轮发电机定子损伤修复案例,分析通过零起升压铁损试验和传统10.5kV电源铁损试验在修复过程中的应用,总结修复水轮发电机受损定子铁芯检测试验方法,通过此方法精准定位定子铁芯受损位置并对受损部位进行修复,极大提高了修复效率和质量。
Through a repair case of stator damage of hydraulic generator,this paper analyses the application of zero-lift iron loss test and traditional 10.5kV power supply iron loss test in the repair process,summarizes the test method of repairing damaged stator iron core of hydraulic generator.By this method,the damaged position of stator core can be precisely located and repaired,which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of repair.
