摘要
文章分析了少数民族地区实现跨越式发展的有关问题。作者认为 ,实施跨越式发展战略是民族地区的必然选择 ,目前民族地区已具备实施跨越式发展战略的条件。少数民族和民族地区要实现跨越式发展 ,必须解放思想 ,实行科技创新与体制创新 ,发挥优势 ,加大开放力度 ,政策措施要有新突破。
This paper makes an analysis of the difficulties in accomplishing a leaping forward in the minority areas. It is pointed out that it is an inexorable trend to implement the leaping forward scheme in the minority areas. At the present time, the minority areas have satisfied the conditions of accomplishing a leaping forward. It is necessary to emancipate the mind, to bring about new ideas to science, technology, and the managerial system, to make use of the advantages, to open further to the outside world.
