摘要
介绍了一种高性能的电热锅炉控制系统 ,对其系统功能、硬件系统配置和软件系统的设计进行了讨论。针对电热锅炉既要有价格优势 ,又要功能强、可靠性高的要求 ,本系统采用了PLC的扩展模块加价廉的文本显示设定单元的解决方案 ,并对它们的使用和功能的实现作了重点介绍。在软件设计中 ,分析了各模块的功能 ,给出了流程框图。针对电热锅炉不同的使用模式 ,提出了使用开关量逻辑和模拟量PI控制相结合的方法 ,来控制投入和退出的电热管数量 ,从而达到最优的控温效果。本文对电热锅炉控制系统的设计有较大的指导意义。
This paper has introduced a high quality electricity boiler control system and discussed the system function,hardware arrangement and software consistence.To the requirement of price advantage,abundant function and high reliability,this system has adopted the solution method that use expending control module and low price text display unit of S7-200 PLC.This paper especially discussed the usage and function of special module devices.In software design,it has analyzed the function of every software unit and presented the program chart.To the different usage it has given out a new method which to combine the number parameters logic control and the PI control algorithm of analog values,this system has proved that it can be achieved the best efficiency of temperature control to use the new method.It could be believed that this paper would be useful and helpful to the design of electricity boiler control system.
