摘要 采用两层网络拓扑结构,开发了基于以太网及现场总线的电热锅炉控制系统实验装置:阐述了STEMENS S7300/400 PLC在电热锅炉控制应用中的系统解决方案、硬件配置及软件组态方法;介绍了电热锅炉控制系统实验装置听能完成的过程控制实验、耦合控制实验、模糊控制及神经网络实验:并利用BP神经网络调整PID参数,进一少完善了PID控制器的自适应性能。 By the methods of the two-layer network topology, the electric-heated boiler control system used in experimental facility has been exploited based on the industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus. Explains a system settle program of SIEMENS S7-300/400 PLC in the electric-heated boiler control application, hardware configuration and the method of software configuration. Introduce the process control experiment, the doupling control experiment, the fuzzy control experiment and the neural network experiment that the electric-heated boiler control system used in experimental facility can be finished. What' s more, BP Neural Network is used to modulate PID parameters, which further perfects the adaptive performance of PID control.
