摘要
为了满足两代人既能相互照顾 ,又能各取所需的要求 ,提出了“两代居”住宅的设计问题。论述了“两代居”住宅设计的必要性、合理性及设计原则。介绍了“两代居”住宅的设计手法、社会各阶层对“两代居”住宅形式和布置形式的要求 ,以创造出舒适、便利。
The necessity, reasonableness and design principle of 'two generation dwelling' residence design are discussed. At the same time the design skill of 'two generation dwelling' residence design and social demands on its form and pattern are introduced in order to create a comfortable, convenient and delightful living condition.
