摘要
目的:建立了高交液相色谱法测定小儿润通口服液中栀子苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo.Hypersil C18(250×4.6mm S-5um)l流动相为乙腈-水(12:88)。检测波长为238nm。结果:栀子苷的平均回收率为99.9％,RSD为2.2％。结论:本方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠。
To establish a high performance liquid chromatography for the determanation of jasminoidin in Xiao'er Runtong Koufuye. Method: The Thermo Hypersil C18 Column (250× 4. 6mm S-5μm)Was used as analytical column. The mobil phase consisted of Acetonitrile-Wa- ter (12: 88) with UV detection at 238nm. Result: The average recovery of jasminoidin was 99.9% with RSD of 2.2%. Conclution. The method is simple, rapid and the Result is accurate and reli- able.
