摘要
目的建立八正分散片中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定栀子苷的含量,色谱柱：Hypersil ODS柱(250 mm×4 mm,5μm)；流动相：乙腈-水(11∶89)；流速：1．0 mL/min；检测波长：238 nm。结果栀子苷在0．046～0．460μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0．999 9；平均回收率为99．54%,RSD=1．42%。结论该方法可准确地进行八正分散片定量控制,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of geniposide in Bazheng Dispersible Tablet by HPLC. Methods The HPLC was performed on a Hypersil ODS column （250 mm ×4 mm, 5 μm） . The mobile phase was acetonitril - water （11 ： 89）. The detection wavelength was at 238 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Geniposide showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 046 - 0.46 μg, and r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 99.54 % , and RSD was 1.42 % o Conclusion This method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Bazheng Dispersible Tablet.
