摘要
探讨了流化风量、松动风量和狭缝高度对流化密封返料器工作性能的影响 ,分析返料器常见故障的原因 ,并以广西某化肥厂 2 5 t/h循环流化床锅炉为例 ,提出了相应的解决措施。
This paper discusses the influence of fluidizing air flow, loosing air flow and slit hight on the performance of Fluoseal (fluidized sealed feed back unit) and analyzes the causes of common trouble of the unit Taking a 25 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in a chemical fertilizer plant as an example, corresponding solutions are put forward.
