电厂粉煤灰密相输送阻力特性研究 被引量:10

摘要 以氮气和粉煤灰为介质,研究了不同输送距离粉煤灰的密相输送特性。研究中考虑了气相的可压缩性,重点对不同输送距离粉煤灰的质量流量、水平管、垂直管和弯管的阻力特性等进行了实验研究。在此基础上采用量纲分析的方法,结合实验数据得到了计算密相煤灰输送阻力系数λ的准则关联式,其计算值和实验值吻合较好。 In this paper, Nirtrogen and powdery coal ash were used as mediums to study the dense phase pneumatic of different distances in which gas compressibility has been considered. The mass flow rates, resistance characteristics of horizotal, vertical and bended pipes were researched experimently. Through dimensional analysis, a nondimensional correlation of resistence coefficent λ is derived based on experimental, which gives good results as compared with the experimental data.
