摘要
为建立一种与冠状动脉旁路术后移植静脉桥狭窄病理过程相似的动物模型 ,取一段游离兔颈外静脉 ,与一侧颈总动脉近心端及远心端行端侧吻合 ,两吻合口之间的颈总动脉予以结扎。术后一月取材 ,可见静脉桥管腔狭窄 ,病理切片示新内膜形成。本模型能真实反映冠状动脉旁路术后静脉桥狭窄的情况 ,是进一步研究防治静脉桥狭窄的理想模型。
To further research and prevent vein-bridge stenosis, we established an animal model which is similar to pathological process of transplanted vein-bridge stenosis after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) . Rabbit's one side jugular vein was anastomosed side-end with common carotid artery, the artery between two anastomoses was ligated. One month after operation, lumen of vein-bridge stenosis was observed and histology exams showed that new intim was formated.It is proved that the model can truly reflect the conditions of vein-bridge stenosis after CABG.
