摘要
邀请教育是一种基于知觉心理学、自我概念理论和人本主义教育观的教育理论。它认为学校教育应整合所有教育资源使之有效促进学生潜能的发挥 ,学校的所有教育因素都具有亲和性 (邀请性 ) ,使每个教师和学生都能在教育活动中感到自尊、自信和有价值。这一理论从学校教育者、教育政策、教育环境、教育计划和教育过程五个方面提出了明确的教育策略。
Invitational Education is a theory based on perceptual tradition,self concept theory and humanism. By integrating all resources,Invitational Education aims to transform schools into the most inviting place in which all are respected and invited to realize their potentials. Invitational Education works best through the collaboration of 5Ps:people,policies,places,programs,and process.
