聚合物(聚磺)钻井液在塔河油田的应用 被引量:4

摘要 塔河油田是中国近年发展最快的油田 ,油气显示主要在三叠系、石炭系和奥陶系 ,埋深在 42 0 0~ 6 5 0 0m ,其中主力油层奥陶系一般埋深在 5 5 5 0m左右。存在的主要问题是 :表层易垮塌 ;二开井段泥岩易吸水膨胀、地层微裂缝发育、渗漏严重 ,易在井壁形成较厚的滤饼 ,地层可钻性好 ,进尺快 ,维护处理频繁 ,在钻进中加足降失水剂、包被抑制剂和单向压力封闭剂 ,坚持短程起下钻间隔时间不超过 2 4h ;三开井段主要是石炭系防塌和防盐水侵 ,在钻进中除加足降失水剂、防塌剂外 ,还应控制泵排量等综合措施。四开钻遇主力油层 ,地层稳定 ,岩性为碳酸盐岩 ,压力低 ,油层易漏易喷。 The hydrocarbon reservoir of Tahe Oilfield shows mainly in the Triassic system,the Carboniferous system and the Ordovician system,burial depth form 4200m to 6500m.The main reservoir's (the Ordovician)depth is usually 5550m.These formations have some features,such as the surface layer often collapses,in the second section,the mudstone is liable to expand because of absorbing water,micro fracture most develop and seeping is also very serious in this layer,so,the thicker cake easily formed in borehde well;the drillability of formation is well,footage is fast.During drilling,abundant filtrate reducer,encapsulating agents and one-way pressure closed agents are added,and insisting on the short trips is not over 24 hours.In the third section,besides abundant filtrate reducer and borehole stabilizing agents are added,the pump displacement should be also controlled.The objective interval is the main reservoir which is stable,low pressure and easy leakage and blowout.
