摘要
提出了磁流变阻尼器的PWM快速控制方法 ,研制出了用于汽车磁流变阻尼器的电流驱动器 ,经实验测试 ,该驱动器响应速度快 ,输出电流可在 0~ 1 5A范围内调节 ,相对误差不大于 2 67% ,非线性误差不大于2 1 8%。
In this paper a PWM rapid control method is proposed, and a current driver is designed and fabricated. The experimental results show that the designed current driver can output accurate and steady current between 0 and 1.5 A to drive a MR(magnetorheological) damper controlled by PWM signal. The relative error of the output is not more than 2.67%, and the nonlinearity error is not more than 2.18%.
