摘要 本文报导了一种环氧和橡胶改性的双马来酰亚胺型胶粘剂。研究了胶粘剂的组份对性能的影响,筛选出胶粘剂的配方,并对胶粘剂的固化反应、常温和高温粘接强度、热老化、湿热老化等进行了研究。结果表明,该胶粘剂可在比双马来酰亚胺较低的温度下固化,在150~200℃下具有高的强度保持率,特别是具有优良的湿热稳定性。 An epoxy and rubber midified bismaleimide adhesive was described in this paper. The effects of the conponents of the adhesive on its properties were discussed, and the compositions of the adhesive were determined,that is BDMI/E-51/CRBM. The curing reaction,bonding strength at RT and 200℃,thermol and hot wet ageing of the adhesive were investigated. The results showed that the adhesive could be cured at the temperature lower than that bismaleimide adhesive being cured at. The adhesive keeps high bonding strength and hot wet stability at 150~200℃.
