摘要
用一种烯丙基苯基化合物——O,O’-二烯丙基双酚A(DAPDA)增韧4,4’-双马来酰亚胺基二苯甲烷,获得了一种高韧性的双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂。研究了DAPDA的含量对树脂韧性和其它力学性能的影响。观察和分析了树脂的聚态结构和断裂形貌,提出了DAPDA对BMI的增韧机理。
By using a kind of allylphenyl compounds——O,O'-diallylbisphenol A (DAPDA) to toughen 4,4'-bismaleimidiphenlmethome. A bismaleimide (BMI) resin with high tougheness has been made. We have studied the affect of content of DAPDA on tougheness and other mechanical properties of resin, observed and analysed congregete state structure and mophology of fracture for resin. It is showed that toughening effect is best when DAPDA content is 40%. The result also indicates that toughened resin has two-phase structure and dispersed phase (brittle BMI polymer) which initiate matrix to produce secondary fracture and take toughening effect.
