从快杀稗工业品出发 ,经活性炭纯化、硅胶柱层析分离制得快杀稗标准物质 ,并进行熔点、高效液相色谱、紫外光谱、元素分析、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振等方法的表征 。
The standard reference material of quinclorac was prepared using the quinclorac of industrial product grade as the starting material. After being purified with active carbon, the quinclorac sample was further purified using silica gel column chromatograph. The standard reference material prepared was then characterized by melting point method, high performance liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectrometry, element analysis, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and 13C NMR. The purity of the standard material prepared is determined to be over 99% by HPLC.=
