摘要
从计划经济体制下的国有经济转变为社会主义市场经济体制下的国有经济,面前有许多理论陷阱,要求我们与时俱进,思想再解放。当前,深化国企改革要深入思考国家为什么要直接拥有国有企业、发展社会主义市场经济国有经济是否起主导作用、国企改革可否选择“民营化”路径等理论问题。
There are many pitfalls of theory in the changing from the national economic under the system of planned economy to the national economic under the system of socialist market economy to the national economic under the system of socialist market economy.It needs us go with time and emancipate our mind again.Now,deepen the innovation of goverment enterprise needs us to think some theorical problems.why the nation own goverment enterprises divectly;the national economic takes effect or not in developing socialist market economy ;could the innovation of govermnent enterprise choose the way of'privatize'.
